Why is it dangerous for a lighter to ignite?

1. Dirty and improper position of the ignition needle

After the gas stove is used for a long time, the ignition needle and flameout protection needle are easily covered by dirt. The distance between the ignition needle and the flame cover is usually 4-6cm, and it must be aligned with the fire hole. If the ignition needle deviates too much from this distance, it cannot be ignited.

Solution: If the ignition needle is dirty, wipe it with a dry towel. The position of the ignition needle is improper. Adjust the distance between the ignition needle and the flame cover slightly.

2. The pipe/nozzle is blocked

If the ignition needle and flameout protection needle still cannot be fired after wiping the ignition needle and flameout protection needle, you can check whether the nozzle/pipe of the gas stove is blocked. If the pipe is blocked, check the gas outlet valve. Generally speaking, you can smell the gas. If the stove fails to catch fire, it is likely that the pipe is blocked. If the spark sound is clear and powerful, but it does not ignite, the nozzle may be clogged.

Solution: If the pipeline is blocked, professional maintenance personnel need to replace the blocked pipeline and reinstall the interface buckle. If the nozzle is blocked, remove the fire cap and use a toothpick or an old toothbrush to clean the nozzle hole on the fire cap.

3. Poor circuit contact

This is a problem that is easy to overlook. It is common in gas stoves that have been used for a long time. It is mainly to check whether the circuit of the battery box is poorly connected. After the battery leaks, it causes corrosion in the battery box, and poor electrode contact causes the circuit to be abnormal, so that the ignition device cannot be triggered
