Before installing the built-in gas stove, first take out the embedded hole template from the gas stove packing box, and open the embedded hole on the surface of the stove according to the instructions of the template and the size provided. The depth of the hole should be greater than 15cm. Pay attention when making the hole The distance between the gas stove and the wall or other objects should not be less than 15cm, and there should be more than 100cm space above the stove surface. If the range hood is installed, this space should be set according to the installation requirements of the range hood. After the gas stove is embedded, the stress point should be on the flange of the gas stove chassis. If the bottom of the cabinet is relatively sealed, it is recommended to open a 10*10cm ventilation hole to ensure the normal combustion of the gas stove.

The installation of a gas stove is relatively simple. First check whether the gas type is suitable. It should be noted that the intake pipe must be fixed with a pipe clamp and the length should be appropriate. Too long will increase the resistance of the intake pipe and cause pressure drop, reducing the heat flow of the gas stove. Too short will cause pulling phenomenon, and the hose will easily fall off. The size of the hose should be matched with the joint. If it is loose, the seal is not tight and will cause air leakage. If it is too tight (for example, it can be covered with hot water), it will accelerate the aging of the hose. If the pipe is supplied with air, special metal hoses and joints can be used according to the local pipe network conditions, and the joints should be fitted with rubber pads and then the nuts should be tightened. If a special hose is used for connection, the joint must be tightened with a hose clamp. In addition, check the hose regularly for cracks and falling off.

Whether the rated gas source of the installed gas stove is consistent with the gas source used by the user's home, connect the hose correctly and check the connection reliability, apply soap liquid to the gas pipe connection, open the gas source valve, if there are bubbles, it means that the gas is leaking. Close the gas source valve, adjust the pipe clamp (or nut) appropriately, and try again until there is no leakage before using it. Put the battery into the inner shell of the battery box and confirm that the positive and negative poles are correct. Press it with your hand until you hear a "click" and let go, and turn the clip clockwise to the end position. Put the gas stove into the embedding hole to make the gas stove and the stove surface fit smoothly. Install the fire cover and pot support, if there is a positioning, be sure to position it, if there is no positioning, ensure that the fire cover and the pot support are flat.
