The wire reel is one of the important parts of induction cooker heating. The larger the wire reel, the larger the heating area, and the smaller the wire reel, the smaller the heating area. The heating area is large, the temperature rises quickly, and the heating is even; the opposite is true if the heating area is small. The diameter of the mainstream spool is 150mm-180mm, and the diameter of a few product spools can reach 200mm. A larger coil disk represents a larger heating area, more uniform heating, and can also reduce the heating time of the whole pot. However, a larger coil disk means higher costs. In the production process, the wire reel is wound around the wire reel in turns, and the longer the circumference of each turn, the required wire will rise exponentially.


The small heat generated by the coil is concentrated on the bottom of the pot, which will cause the bottom of the pot to be heated and expand, and the surrounding pot body is cooled, and does not expand with it, so that the hoop will cause the heating part of the bottom of the pot to only protrude. There are many types of induction cookers on the market and more and more functions, but in fact, products with more functions are not better. The induction cooker is generally used to boil water, stir-fry, heat rice, and eat hot pot! These operations only have different requirements for temperature. The heating principle is the same.
